1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions set forth the conditions applicable to transactions carried out by Intimi and its Purchasers, and regulate the rights and obligations of the parties, prevailing over any non-mandatory legal provisions. The navigation in the site www.intimi.pt, as well as the purchase of any product, implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Intimi may, at any time, change in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
Such modifications are binding on users from their online publication. Users are therefore advised to regularly check the terms of use to become aware of any changes.

2 - DURATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT

Orders, contracts and orders/delivery schedules, as well as their amendments or additions, must always be made in writing. The written requirement is deemed to be fulfilled if the electronic transmission of data or the transmission by fax in the communications between Intimi and its Purchasers is used.

3- PRODUCT

Intimi sells erotic products with exclusive content for adults, allowed in accordance with the legislation in force (Decree-Law no. 254/76 of April 7 amended by Decree-Law no. 653/76 of July 31 and Decree-Law no. 174/2012 of August 2 revoked by Decree-Law no. 10/2015 with the exception of article 3). The products duly identified in the catalogs can be purchased from Intimi's website. The selection of the products to be transacted, as well as the use, function or destination thereof, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4 - SUPPLY

The Buyer is obliged to order through the Intimi website. To do this you must register in the field "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" indicating all the information requested for this purpose. The registration of the Client and/or order does not excuse the reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through Intimi's website, Buyer expresses its full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in the transaction.


5 - TRANSPORTATION

Deliveries are made through the transportation indicated by Intimi. The shipping price and the delivery time of the same are automatically calculated on the website so that the Buyer has immediate knowledge of shipping costs and lead time.

6 - SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AND BILLING

Upon completion of the order, and depending on the mode of payment chosen, Intimi issues and sends the invoice to the Buyer. The delivery time of the products ordered is indicated on the website when the purchase process is completed. The period is merely indicative and never binding, and for this reason Intimi is not liable for any responsibility for the delivery of the goods beyond the period initially indicated.

7 - MAJOR POWER IN DELIVERY

Intimi will not be responsible for any delays in deliveries, checking for major force, non-culpable interruptions of business activity, situations of disorder, war, natural disasters, governmental measures and other unavoidable events, as long as such circumstances persist. This provision is also applicable in the event of a labor dispute.

8 - PRICES AND TRANSFER OF RISK

Following transparency in the pricing policy and conditions of sale, Intimi discloses and provides to Buyers and other market partners the price lists and the corresponding conditions of sale, pursuant to article 4 of Decree-Law no. 166/2013 of December 27, which it does through these Terms and Conditions and other information disclosed on the site. All products have the prices displayed in Euros (€), including the current VAT rate. The discount products are duly identified, being indicated in them the value without discount, the percentage of the discount and the final value calculated with the reduction of the price.

9 - CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

Intimi offers the following payment methods:

10 - WARRANTY

All products are sold with the quality they own and in the condition they are at the date of sale. The Purchaser must verify that the merchandise is free of defects, that it is correct and complete upon its reception. Any claim for defect, defect or product malfunction should be made on the Intimi website in the field indicated - See Exchange Policy & Returns.

11 - PRIVACY

All rights in connection with Intimi, including all intellectual / industrial property rights, such as trade names, trademarks and distinctive signs, graphics, codes and software are the property of Intimi. Punctually, Intellectual / Industrial Property Rights of third parties may be used, upon their authorization. Any reproduction, distribution, commercialization, alteration and / or transformation of content that is not expressly authorized by Intimi and / or third parties, owners of their intellectual / industrial property rights, is expressly prohibited.

13 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data entered on the Intimi website are protected under Regulation (EU) 2016/2017 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on Data Protection).
